FRST Consulting LLC. has a proud legacy leveraging the talents of people with a broad range of abilities and disabilities. When founder Winfred Bailey Life problems kept him out of the legal career he’d trained for, he turned to the emerging profession of Marketing, founded a firm, and developed many of the core  practices still used today. Building on that legacy, FRST is committed to fostering a culture in which everyone feels included and enabled to do their best work. To fulfill the FRST purpose of building a better working world for FRST people, clients, and communities, we aim to create content and environments free of barriers, so all people can be independent, productive, and fully contribute.
